- Free rhymes and learning songs are always free.
- A plan adds new rhymes starring your family every month.
- Plans are monthly subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. They renew until you cancel there.
- Refunds for store purchases are decided by Apple or Google; we'll help you ask.
What's free
Every free rhyme and learning song plays without a plan, on every screen, with sing-along words. With a free account you can set up your family and profiles, and keep your progress.
What a plan adds
- Rhymes made with your family as the characters. Each plan includes a number of new rhymes a month, and unused rhymes carry over while the plan is on.
- Your family's characters, drawn from the photos you add (with your consent; see AI and family photos).
- Downloads on phones and tablets, where your plan includes them. They play inside the app and need an active plan.
The plans, what each includes and its price in your currency are shown in the app (Profile › Plan & billing) before you buy.
Buying a plan
- iPhone, iPad and Apple TV: plans are bought in the app on iPhone or iPad and billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Apple TV uses the same account, so a plan bought on your iPhone or iPad works on the TV too.
- Android phones and tablets: plans are billed by Google Play to your Google account.
- Android TV and Google TV: the TV app shows your plan. To subscribe, use the bukkid TV app on a phone or tablet signed in with the same WhatsApp number.
- On a child's profile, the app asks a grown-up first.
Renewal
Plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions. Payment is taken by Apple or Google when you confirm the purchase, and again at the start of each month, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancelling
You cancel in the store that bills you. We can't cancel a store subscription for you. Deleting your bukkid account doesn't cancel it either.
- Apple: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › bukkid TV › Cancel subscription. Or in the app: Profile › Plan & billing › Manage subscription.
- Google Play: Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › bukkid TV › Cancel. Or in the app: Profile › Plan & billing › Manage subscription.
After cancelling, your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Then no new family rhymes are added. The rhymes already made stay in your account to watch, and the free rhymes keep playing.
Changing plans
Change your plan in the app under Profile › Plan & billing. The store handles the switch. An upgrade usually starts straight away, with any adjustment worked out by the store. A downgrade usually starts at your next renewal.
Refunds
- Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides under its policies.
- Google Play: request a refund from your Play order history, or see Google's refund help. Within 48 hours of purchase you can usually request it directly in Google Play.
- If the store refunds a month, that month's family rhymes are removed from your allowance, but never below what your family already has.
- If something went wrong on our side, such as a rhyme that wasn't made or looks broken, write to support@bukkid.tv. We'll fix it or remake it, and support your refund request.
Plans paid on our website
If you paid for a bukkid TV plan on our website (through Razorpay), cancel it in the app or on the website. It runs to the end of the period paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it or something didn't work on our side.
Price changes
If we change a plan's price, the store tells you before it applies at a later renewal. Where the law or the store requires it, you'll be asked to agree. You can cancel before the new price applies.
