Terms of Use

1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and ZSELLR (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U52601HR2022OPC102409), 1572, Sector 15 Part 2, Gurugram 122001, Haryana, India. We publish the bukkid TV apps under the bukkid brand of our sister company ZSELLR ENTERPRISES LLP. The agreement covers the bukkid TV apps on phones, tablets and TVs, and bukkid.tv.

By using bukkid TV you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. Printed books bought on bukkid.com or in the bukkid books app also follow the bukkid.com terms.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, and the parent or legal guardian of the children you add, or acting with their permission.
• You sign in with a code sent to your WhatsApp number. Keep your phone and the codes to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Give us true details and keep them up to date.
• An account is for one household. Children use it through the profiles you create. On a child's profile, money and account actions ask a grown-up first.
• You can explore free rhymes without an account ("Just explore"). Some features need one.

3. Photos you add

• Add photos only of your own family, and only photos you took or have the right to use.
• For every adult in a photo, you must have their permission. For every child in a photo, you must be their parent or guardian, or have that person's permission.
• Don't upload photos of other people's children, public figures, or anything unlawful, indecent, violent or hateful. We may refuse or remove such photos and close the account.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process them only to provide bukkid for you. That includes sending them, with your consent, to our image services to draw your family's characters, as explained in AI and family photos. The licence ends when you delete the photos or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

4. Your family's rhymes

• The characters and videos we make for your family are for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may watch them in the apps and show them to friends and family.
• You may not sell them, use them in advertising, or claim the bukkid rhymes, music or artwork as your own.
• Characters are drawn by AI image services and checked by us. They are a likeness, not a photograph, and may not look exactly like the person. If something looks wrong, tell us.
• Downloads (with a plan that includes them) play inside the app only and need an active plan.

5. Plans and payment

• Free rhymes and learning songs are free to watch, with no plan.
• Plans add new rhymes made with your family every month. The plans, their rhymes per month and their prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Plans bought in the app are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account. They renew each month until you cancel.
• Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for.
• Rhymes not yet added carry over while your plan is on. They stop being added when the plan ends; rhymes already made stay yours to watch while your account is open.
• Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. See Plans, billing and refunds.
• We may change plans or prices. A price change applies only from a later renewal, after the store notifies you, and you can cancel before it applies.

6. Using bukkid fairly

Don't:

• copy, record, redistribute or publicly perform the rhymes, music, films or artwork outside the app;
• break, probe or overload our systems, scrape the service, or get around security or plan limits;
• use someone else's number or account, or let a code be used by someone you don't trust;
• use bukkid to harm, harass or exploit anyone, especially children.

7. What belongs to us

The bukkid name and logo, the apps, the rhyme films, songs, lyrics and arrangements, the artwork and everything else we provide belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps on devices you own or control, under these terms.

8. App Store and Google Play

If you got bukkid TV from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. If anything in it conflicts with these terms, it wins for your use of the iOS, iPadOS and tvOS app. In particular:

• Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
• Apple has no obligation to maintain or support it.
• If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price, if any.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your purchase.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep bukkid TV running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates or outages at our providers. We may improve, change or retire features. If we make a change that takes away something significant you paid for, we'll tell you and you can cancel.

We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. If a change matters, we tell you in the app before it applies. Continuing to use bukkid after that means you accept it.

10. Ending your account

• You can delete your account at any time (how). Cancel any store plan separately in the App Store or Google Play.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts children at risk, or misuses the service. Where we can, we tell you first.

11. Warranties and liability

We provide bukkid TV with reasonable care and skill. Otherwise it is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free or meet every need.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about bukkid TV is limited to the amount you paid us for bukkid TV in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing takes away your statutory rights as a consumer, including under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the laws where you live.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please contact us: most problems can be fixed quickly (Contact and grievances). If a dispute can't be resolved, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you can also use the courts or consumer forums where you live.
